This page (together with the documents referred to in it) sets out the terms on which you may use our website www.mannafinancial.co.uk and any content, tools, courses, events or services we make available through it (our site), whether as a guest or as a registered member.

Please read these terms carefully before you use our site. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Our site is operated by Manna Financial Freedom C.I.C. ("Manna Financial Freedom", "we", "us" or "our"), a community interest company registered in England and Wales.

3. IMPORTANT — our content is financial education, not regulated advice

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights and explains the limits of what we provide.

Everything we provide through this site and our related channels, including our blog, the free Financial Freedom Course (including on YouTube), workshops and events, downloadable resources, our financial self-assessment and "financial personality" tools, our coaching, and our membership programme, is general financial education and information only.

  • It is not regulated financial advice, and it is not a personal recommendation.

  • Through Manna Financial Freedom we do not advise on, or recommend, specific financial products, investments, pensions, mortgages, insurance or debt solutions.

  • Our content does not take account of your personal circumstances, needs or objectives.

  • Manna Financial Freedom C.I.C. is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

 

If you need regulated financial advice tailored to your individual circumstances, this is available separately from Natasha Smith through Throgmorton Private Capital Ltd. Throgmorton Private Capital Ltd is registered in England (company number 4490404) and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Firm Reference Number 431157). Before making any financial decision, you should consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, seek independent regulated financial advice. You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions and their outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from any reliance placed on our educational content (see section 9).

4. Accessing our site

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the content or services we provide without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time we may restrict access to some parts of our site, for example, our members' area to registered members.

If you are given, or you choose, a user name, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat it as confidential and must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user account or password at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with these terms. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and in all material published on it, including all text, images, video, audio, course content, workbooks, downloadable resources, and the proprietary M.A.N.N.A. framework. These works are protected by copyright laws and all such rights are reserved.

You may view, and where relevant download, our free content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, share, resell, or otherwise make available to any third party any of our content and in particular any paid content (including courses, workbooks and membership materials), without our prior written consent. Sharing your account or paid content with non-members is a breach of these terms. If you breach this section, your right to use our site will cease immediately, and we may take further action.

Where our site allows you to post comments, participate in a community, submit testimonials, or otherwise upload material, you must ensure that your contributions are accurate, lawful, and not defamatory, offensive, misleading or in breach of anyone else's rights. Any contribution you make will be considered non-confidential, and you grant us the right to use, copy, adapt and share it in connection with our services. We may remove any contribution at our discretion, and we may disclose your identity to any third party claiming that your contribution infringes their rights.
