Returns & Refunds Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

This policy explains your rights when you buy from Manna Financial Freedom C.I.C. It applies to our digital products, online courses, and physical products. If you join our membership, refunds and cancellation are also covered by our Membership Terms, which you should read alongside this policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Digital products and online courses (eBooks, downloads and course access)

No refunds once access is given

Because of the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks, digital downloads and online courses are final once access has been provided. When you buy digital content from us, you will be asked to agree at checkout that:

  • you want to receive immediate access to the digital content or course; and

  • you understand that, by asking for immediate access, you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once access has been given.

Once access has been granted, no refunds or exchanges will be provided, and digital products cannot be returned.

If you do not agree to immediate access at checkout, the standard 14-day cancellation right applies until access is given.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews and samples (where available) before buying.

Physical products (workbooks and materials)

14-day return right

You have the right to cancel your order for physical products within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

Conditions for returns

Physical products may be returned within 14 days if:

  • the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging;

  • you notify us of your intention to return within 14 days; and

  • you return the item at your own cost, unless it is faulty or not as described.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • items that have been personalised or customised;

  • workbooks that have been written in or used;

  • products with hygiene seals that have been opened; and

  • items clearly marked as non-returnable at the point of sale.

How to return physical products

  1. Contact us at natasha@mannafinancial.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return.

  3. Return the item(s) in their original condition (return address provided on enquiry).

  4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Membership

Our membership (Free and VIP) is governed by our Membership Terms, which set out billing, renewal and cancellation in full. In summary, refunds work as follows:

  • VIP membership gives immediate access to member content and community. When you join, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once your access has begun.

  • You can cancel at any time through your Manna member account (My Subscriptions / My Plans). Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged for the next renewal.

  • Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for a membership period that has already started or been paid for, except where you have a legal right to a refund.

  • If we make a significant change that materially reduces your paid VIP benefits and you have paid annually, you may contact us to discuss a fair pro-rata refund for the remainder of your paid period.  Please see the Membership Terms for full details.

Faulty or damaged items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, or digital content that does not work as described, please contact us as soon as possible at natasha@mannafinancial.co.uk with:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the fault or damage; and

  • photographic evidence (for physical items).

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with your legal rights.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. You are still entitled to receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality, and to digital content that meets the same standards.

Updates to this policy

We may occasionally update this Returns & Refunds Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
