Returns & Refunds Policy

Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and digital downloads are final. By purchasing digital content from Manna Financial Freedom CIC, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will receive immediate access to the digital content upon purchase

  • You waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided once access is granted

  • Digital products cannot be returned

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews, and samples (where available) before making your purchase.

Physical Products (Workbooks & Materials)

14-Day Return Right

You have the right to cancel your order for physical products within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

Conditions for Returns

Physical products may be returned within 14 days if:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging

  • You notify us of your intention to return within 14 days

  • You return the item at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or not as described

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items that have been personalised or customised

  • Workbooks that have been written in or used

  • Products with hygiene seals that have been opened

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable at point of sale

How to Return Physical Products

  1. Contact us at natasha@mannafinancial.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Return the item(s) in original condition (return address provided on enquiry)

  4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return

 

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item (digital or physical), please contact us immediately at natasha@mannafinacial.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the fault or damage

  • Photographic evidence (for physical items)

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Your Statutory Rights
